On 22nd March 2021, Taiz University hold the International Conference of Technology, Science and Administration -2021 (ICTSA-2021) sponsored by the Prime Minister, Dr. Moeen Abdulmalik. In the opening ceremony of ICTSA-2021, the Governer of Taiz, Minister of higher education and scientific research and university president welcomed all participants and delegates, and wished a great success for this international event. It is worthwhile to mention that the number of accepted papers to be presented in this conference was 104 out of 138 submissions along with 19 keynote speakers invited from nearly 18 countries. All attendees have been enjoying the advances and progresses of variety of research papers presented in all sessions of three tracks:

1- Engineering and Technology

2- Applied and Medical Sciences

3- Administration Sciences and Educational Management The conference was ended on 24the March 2021by recommending publication of the presented papers in the following three special issues :

1- IEEE for papers presented in track of Engineering and Technology

2- IJSER for English papers presented in tracks of Applied, Medical, Administration and Education Sciences.

3-UTRJ for Arabic papers presented in all tracks.
